These Terms govern your use of the Pactly app ("Pactly", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pactly. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Pactly provides general nutrition, fitness, and wellness information and tools. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, and if you have or may have an eating disorder or other medical condition. You use the app and act on its information at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Pactly lets you pair with a partner you invite. When you pair, certain data is shared with that partner as described in our Privacy Policy. Only invite people you trust, and be respectful in any messages you send. You may end a partnership at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (or our web billing provider) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing data that is not yours, or using it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you enter (such as logs, notes, and photos). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the app for you and, where you choose, to share it with a partner you invite.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
