Pactly Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Pactly ("Pactly", "we", "us") is a nutrition and diet-accountability app that helps you reach your goals with a personalized plan and a partner who keeps you accountable. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at hello@60apps.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information needed to run the app for you. This includes:

How we use your information

Sharing with your partner

Pactly is built around a one-to-one accountability partnership. When you pair with a partner you invite, that partner can see the data relevant to accountability — your name, daily metrics, meal log, workouts, check-ins and check-in photos. Your body measurements and your private progress/body photos are never shared with your partner. You can end a partnership at any time.

Service providers we use

We share data only with the providers that operate the app on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your data is restricted to your account and, for the limited data described above, to a partner you explicitly invite.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the app to you:

Your choices and data deletion

From Settings in the app you can:

You can also request deletion by emailing hello@60apps.com.

Children

Pactly is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
